AW'17 NYFW PART II.

TO BE TOTALLY HONEST, THERE WERE TOO MANY LOOKS I ADORED FROM FASHION WEEK. I PROBABLY PULLED ABOUT 30 LOOKS I LOVED, BUT ONLY DECIDED TO ILLUSTRATE THESE BB'S. I MEAN, AS MUCH AS I SWOONED OVER OSCAR'S FUSCIA, MARIGOLD AND BRIGHT BLUE BEADED MIDI BALL GOWN, THIS SLEEK BLACK DRESS AND ADORNED STATEMENT BOOTS JUST SPOKE TO ME. AMONG ZIMMERMANN'S FLIRTY AND FEMININE COLLECTION, THIS POLKA DOT DRESS TOOK THE CAKE, REEKING OF CONFIDENCE AND FUN AS IT TOOK THE RUNWAY. MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION KILLED IT, YET AGAIN, WITH FUR SELECTIONS, CLASSIC CAMELS AND SOME OF THE CLEANEST KNITS ON THE RUNWAY. PLUS, SLEEVES AS A SCARF? C'MON. GENIUS. DELPOZO SURE DID NOT DISAPPOINT WITH THEIR BOLD COLORS AND CRISP, STRUCTURED STYLE LINES. AND THEN OF COURSE, THERE WAS THOM BROWNE. THE DETAILS OF HIS COLLECTION WERE OFF THE CHARTS. I MEAN, HOW MANY BUTTONS DID THIS BLACK TUXEDO COAT ACTUALLY HAVE? I MEAN, IT WAS A SAFE BET I'D FALL HEAD OVER HEELS THE SECOND I SAW THOSE OXFORD ICE SKATE WEDGES. (FUN FACT: I WAS A COMPETITIVE FIGURE SKATER GROWING UP) ALL IN ALL, I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS ABOUT THESE AUTUMN/WINTER COLLECTIONS. OTHER FAVORITES NOT ILLUSTRATED INCLUDED MONSE, PROENZA SCHOULER, J.CREW AND LELA ROSE.
