WEEKLY ROUTINE

THIS WEEKEND WAS THE PERFECT BLEND OF ACTIVITY AND RELAXATION. SATURDAY I COMPLETED A NICE 7 MILER AND SUNDAY I ENJOYED A DATE WITH MY COUCH. THIS PAST WORK WEEK WIPED ME OUT AND EVEN THOUGH I'M TIRED, SOMETIMES A NICE LONG RUN IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO RE-ENERGIZE ME. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO STARTING WEEK 3 OF BBG AS WELL. I'VE NOTICED AN IMPROVEMENT IN MY STRENGTH AND HIPS WHEN RUNNING AND I'M PRETTY SURE I CAN THANK BBG FOR THAT, EVEN THOUGH I'M ONLY A FEW WEEKS INTO IT. THE GOAL IS TO OVERALL IMPROVE MY ATHLETIC STAMINA AND I'M FEELING SUPER POSITIVE THIS GUIDE WILL HELP ME ACHIEVE THAT. 

WEEKLY ROUTINE:

  • MONDAY: BBG LEG AND CARDIO, STRETCH
  • TUESDAY: RUN, 35 MINS TO 1 HR OR 4-7 MILES
  • WEDNESDAY: BBG ARMS AND ABS, STRETCH
  • THURSDAY: RUN, 35 MINS TO 1 HR OR 4-7 MILES
  • FRIDAY: BBG TOTAL BODY, STRETCH
  • SATURDAY: LONG RUN, 1-2 HRS
  • SUNDAY: REST, STRETCH, RELAX
